Blanchard Consulting Group is a national compensation consulting firm that delivers independent compensation guidance to public and private community/regional banks to help them attract, motivate, and retain their key employees and directors. With an exclusive focus on the banking marketplace since 2002; our staff has worked with well over 500 community and regional banks. Our services include compensation reviews, salary administration, incentive plan design (cash and equity), and board compensation committee support. We also have an internal proprietary database plus various industry surveys that we utilize in our compensation studies including over 30 banking related surveys conducted by our group since 2011 with over 1,000 unique bank participants.
