Organization Overview
The Small Business Development Corporation of Orange County is a 501( c ) 3 non-profit financial development corporation providing loan guarantees on behalf of the state of California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank. These loan guarantees are for both small businesses and non-profit organizations. Guarantees can go up to $5,000,000 and 80% of the loan.
In addition to being president of the organization, Jim is also vice-chairman of CaliBank, and was managing director of sbapro.com LLC, an SBA lender service provider helping banks participant in government guaranteed lending programs since 1984.
