Andra Frazier

Andra R. Frazier is Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Partners Bank of California, bringing nearly 30 years of banking experience and expertise in commercial real estate, commercial lending, specialty banking, private equity, venture capital, and community banking.

Before joining Partners Bank of California, she held executive leadership roles at several major financial institutions, including Banc of California, Nevada State Bank, Zions Bancorporation, and KeyBank. Throughout her career, she has specialized in credit risk management, lending strategy, and building high-performing teams while supporting growth across a wide range of industries.

Ms. Frazier holds a bachelor's degree in International Banking, a law degree with a focus on business law, and a certificate in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
