Jeff DeVine

Jeff DeVine has been President & Chief Executive Officer and a director of American Riviera Bank/Bancorp (OTCQX: ARBV) since 2008. Under his leadership, the Bank has grown from one branch in Santa Barbara and less than $100 million of assets to seven branches in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties with $1.4 billion of assets.

DeVine has over 35 years of experience in banking. Over his career, he has held positions in commercial, retail, private and investment banking. Prior to joining American Riviera Bank in 2008, DeVine was a Regional President at Mid-State Bank & Trust (NASDAQ: MDST) which was acquired by Rabobank.
DeVine graduated from UC San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Economics and Management Science. He later graduated with honors from Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.

DeVine is active in the community and industry as current Chair of the California Community Banking Network trade association, past President and current Director of the Lobero Theatre Foundation, and a Steering Committee member and former Co-Chair of the South Coast Business and Technology Awards Dinner.

DeVine has been recognized in “Who’s Who in Banking & Finance” as well as “40 Under 40,” from the Pacific Coast Business Times. In 2019, DeVine was awarded Executive of the Year honors at the South Coast Business and Technology Awards Dinner. He enjoys distance running and has competed in eight marathons with a personal best of 3:00:26 in 2012. DeVine ran the Boston Marathon in 2019 as a 50-year-old.
