Jeff Rigsby

Mr. Rigsby is the Managing Director of the Performance Management Group (PMG) within the Strategy and Analytics Group of Stifel Fixed Income Capital Markets. Prior, Mr. Rigsby, as Chairman and CEO of Finance 500, Inc. (“F500)/CB Resource, Inc. (“CBR”), a full-service broker dealer and professional services firm led the sales side effort of both companies to Stifel Financial. He is a member of the Board of Directors of FNBC Bank based in Arkansas. Rigsby is also a faculty member at the Pacific Coast Bankers School (“PCBS”). Prior to forming CB Resource, Inc. and other ventures, he was an Executive Vice President of California Federal Bank, and President and CEO of Cal Fed’s wholly-owned subsidiaries. Jeff is a published author, “Mastering Strategy: Insights of the World’s Greatest Leaders and Thinkers” (McGraw-Hill 2003).
Mr. Rigsby earned his MBA from Pepperdine University. He also holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses.
