Jeff is a former commercial banker and commissioned National Bank Examiner and Federal Thrift Regulator from the OCC with nearly 20 years of experience in bank regulation. Jeff is highly skilled in commercial credit, regulatory remediation, risk management, and overall safety and soundness in financial institutions. Jeff is a United States Navy veteran and holds degrees in finance and accounting from the University of Southern California.
