Leo Moschioni

Leo Moschioni is a seasoned banking executive with more than 38 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in commercial lending and credit administration. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Lexicon Bank, a community-focused financial institution based in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a member of the founding leadership team, Leo helped organize and open the bank in 2019, playing a key role in establishing its credit framework, lending infrastructure, and risk management practices that have supported the bank’s steady growth and strong presence in the market.

A long-time resident of the Las Vegas Valley, Leo earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 1993. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at several local banks, where he developed extensive expertise in credit risk management, portfolio oversight, and strategic lending initiatives.

At Lexicon Bank, Leo oversees the bank’s credit strategy and manages all aspects of its lending operations. Under his leadership, Lexicon Bank has made a significant impact in Southern Nevada, earning Preferred Lender Program (PLP) status with the U.S. Small Business Administration and successfully guiding participation in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), providing critical support to local businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Leo serves on the Advisory Council for Communities In Schools of Nevada, supporting efforts to help at-risk students stay in school and succeed academically.

Outside of work, Leo values time with his family and enjoys international travel, which broadens his perspective and appreciation for different cultures.
