Lindsay Gullahorn is the owner and principal of Gullahorn Strategies, bringing over 20 years of political, legislative, and regulatory experience. Known for delivering results on complex policy issues, she has successfully advocated for clients in healthcare, financial services, climate, and business regulation. Lindsay offers deep expertise in California’s political and regulatory landscape, regularly advising clients on legislation, crafting strategy, and testifying at hearings. A frequent guest speaker and seasoned lobbyist, she previously worked at Capitol Advocacy. She holds a B.A. in Government from CSU Sacramento and lives in Fair Oaks with her two children.
