Melissa has more than 30 years of financial services experience across core processing, digital banking, digital account opening, cash management and treasury, and financial wellness solutions. She spent her early career leading marketing efforts for financial institutions.
She began her fintech journey at Fiserv, where she started as a product manager focused on CRM and data analytics strategies, and played a pivotal role in creating a playbook to help financial institutions consolidate and leverage data more effectively.
She also contributed to the launch and growth of a National Accounts program and led a high-performing Strategic Accounts team across multiple core platforms.
Melissa served as Vice President of Sales at Apiture, where she focused on retail and commercial digital banking. Her efforts helped banks and credit unions enhance their small business offerings with advanced treasury management tools.
Melissa has a Business Administration and Management degree from University of Oregon.
