She has successfully led multiple bank turnarounds as CEO, President, and COO, restoring financial health, resolving complex regulatory issues, and positioning institutions for profitable growth and strategic exits. Most notably, she led the transformation of Golden Pacific Bank, culminating in its acquisition by SoFi—one of the largest FinTech acquisitions of a U.S. bank at the time.

A former senior federal bank regulator and experienced board leader, she offers valuable strategic insight into governance, risk management, and industry advocacy.
