Employee Retention is a key success factor in any organization and has become much more of an issue post-pandemic, and banks are no exception. Deferred Compensation plans can be used to do much more than fund an executive’s retirement. This virtual discussion will focus on how banks can use deferred bonus plans to enhance employee retention at multiple levels.
