Abrigo has introduced Abrigo Allowance – Intelligent Automation, a new add-on to its CECL platform that uses automation, AI-driven analysis, and workflow tools to streamline allowance calculations and reduce manual work. Designed to help financial institutions accelerate recurring CECL processes while maintaining governance and controls, the solution automates tasks such as calculations, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder notifications, while AI-generated narratives help explain key changes and drivers between reporting periods. Abrigo says the new offering will enable institutions to spend less time on routine processes and focus more on analyzing results and supporting strategic decision-making.
